Hi, thank you for contacting All Taxi Management.  We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission regulates the handling of lost property found in Taxicabs.  In the case of lost property, we suggest contacting 311 or the police precinct closest to where the passenger was discharged.  The applicable TLC rule is listed below.

§54-18 Operations – Lost Property

(b) Handling of Lost Property.

(i) Property found by a Driver in a Taxicab must be returned to the Passenger  if possible; otherwise, it must be taken without delay to the police precinct  closest to where the Passenger was discharged.

If you know the medallion number of the Taxicab you were in you can reply to this email with the medallion number, a description of the property, and your contact information.  We will do our best to get the information to the Taxicab driver.  Please note that All Taxi cannot provide a drivers contact information and does not collect or hold lost property.
